LibWeb/CSS: Implement CSSKeywordValue
CSSStyleValue is adjusted to allow for subclasses. Serialization for CSSKeywordValue is implemented differently than the spec says because of a spec bug: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/12545
