b84f8fb55b LibJS: Make intrinsics getters return NonnullGCPtr
Some of these are allocated upon initialization of the intrinsics, and
some lazily, but in neither case the getters actually return a nullptr.

This saves us a whole bunch of pointer dereferences (as NonnullGCPtr has
an `operator T&()`), and also has the interesting side effect of forcing
us to explicitly use the FunctionObject& overload of call(), as passing
a NonnullGCPtr is ambigous - it could implicitly be turned into a Value
_or_ a FunctionObject& (so we have to dereference manually).

e77503e49b LibJS: Make string_to_number() return double instead of Optional<Value>
This would never return an empty optional or non-numeric value, and in
fact every caller as_double()'d the value right away.
Let's make the type match reality instead :^)

6e7459322d AK: Remove StringBuilder::build() in favor of to_deprecated_string()
Having an alias function that only wraps another one is silly, and
keeping the more obvious name should flush out more uses of deprecated

363cc12146 Revert "LibJS: Implement MakeDay without using AK::years_to_days_since…"
This reverts commit 032664332b.

Now that AK::years_to_days_since_epoch has acceptable performance, we
can go back to the "easy" way of computing the unix epoch time.

4abdb68655 LibJS: Remove Object(Object& prototype) footgun
This constructor was easily confused with a copy constructor, and it was
possible to accidentally copy-construct Objects in at least one way that
we dicovered (via generic ThrowCompletionOr construction).

This patch adds a mandatory ConstructWithPrototypeTag parameter to the
constructor to disambiguate it.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null

Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with

094f9bf6a2 LibJS: Subtract time zone offsets when converting from local time to UTC
When converting to UTC, the UTC AO first tries to disambiguate possible
time zone offsets for the given local time. When doing so, the
GetNamedTimeZoneEpochNanoseconds AO must *subtract* the found time zone
offset from the local time to convert to UTC. The same is performed
later in the UTC AO when returning the final UTC time (step 5).

50428ea8d2 LibJS: Move intrinsics to the realm
Intrinsics, i.e. mostly constructor and prototype objects, but also
things like empty and new object shape now live on a new heap-allocated
JS::Intrinsics object, thus completing the long journey of taking all
the magic away from the global object.
This represents the Realm's [[Intrinsics]] slot in the spec and matches
its existing [[GlobalObject]] / [[GlobalEnv]] slots in terms of
architecture.

In the majority of cases it should now be possibly to fully allocate a
regular object without the global object existing, and in fact that's
what we do now - the realm is allocated before the global object, and
the intrinsics between both :^)

e992a9f469 LibJS+LibWeb: Replace GlobalObject with Realm in Heap::allocate<T>()
This is a continuation of the previous three commits.

Now that create() receives the allocating realm, we can simply forward
that to allocate(), which accounts for the majority of these changes.
Additionally, we can get rid of the realm_from_global_object() in one
place, with one more remaining in VM::throw_completion().

b99cc7d050 LibJS+LibWeb: Replace GlobalObject with Realm in create() functions
This is a continuation of the previous two commits.

As allocating a JS cell already primarily involves a realm instead of a
global object, and we'll need to pass one to the allocate() function
itself eventually (it's bridged via the global object right now), the
create() functions need to receive a realm as well.
The plan is for this to be the highest-level function that actually
receives a realm and passes it around, AOs on an even higher level will
use the "current realm" concept via VM::current_realm() as that's what
the spec assumes; passing around realms (or global objects, for that
matter) on higher AO levels is pointless and unlike for allocating
individual objects, which may happen outside of regular JS execution, we
don't need control over the specific realm that is being used there.

d83ce7dd0b LibJS: Re-implement the Date constructor / prototype for spec compliance
First, this adds a constructor to the Date object to be created from a
plain double. This is a first step to removing Core::DateTime as the
basis for the Date object. A subsequent commit will remove the now-
unused data from the object.

Next, this implements the constructor in accordance to the spec. The
constructor when NewTarget is undefined no longer allocates a Date on
the heap. The other constructor properly uses recently created AOs to
handle time zone and ensure the created [[DateValue]] is valid. Other
methods on the constructor (Date.now) have not been touched yet.

Last, the prototype is reimplemented. Again, we use other AOs to handle
time zones and time clipping. Not all prototypes are fixed; most of them
are, but a few (e.g. Date.prototype.getTimezoneOffset) were not fixed,
but left in a mostly unimplemented state for another commit.

In all of the above, spec comments are added. This is a rather large
change; but it's tough to do any of these parts individually without
breaking everything else.

In commmit 7d2834344a, I think I combined
the definitions of the LocalTZA and UTC AOs in my head, and thought the

left untouched, and the UTC AO is responsible for doing the subtraction.

de2e95b278 LibJS: Ensure make_day()'s temporary Core::DateTime is treated as UTC
DateTime::create() and subsequently DateTime::set_time() uses mktime()
internally to ensure out-of-range input values still result in a valid
date (Jan 32 -> Feb 1 etc.).
This however also means that the input is treated as local time, and
then shifted to UTC accordingly for the returned time_t - it is however
already in UTC in this case! The temporary solution is simply to set the
"TZ" environment variable to "UTC" and back after create(). The proper
solution is probably to have better timezone support in Core::DateTime.
This should only affect Lagom, as serenity itself has no timezone
support yet and always assumes UTC.
