This has quite a lot of fall out. But the majority of it is just type or
UDL substitution, where the changes just fall through to other function
calls.
By changing property key storage to UTF-16, the main affected areas are:
* NativeFunction names must now be UTF-16
* Bytecode identifiers must now be UTF-16
* Module/binding names must now be UTF-16
This reverts commit c14173f651. We
should only annotate the minimum number of symbols that external
consumers actually use, so I am starting from scratch to do that
`var` bindings are never in the temporal dead zone (TDZ), and so we
know accessing them will not throw.
We now take advantage of this by having a specialized environment
binding value getter that doesn't check for exceptional cases.
1.08x speedup on JetStream.
While we don't yet have a working `using` implementation with our byte
code, we can still keep our DisposableStack implementation up to date.
The changes brought in here are all editorial, and set us up to start
an AsyncDisposableStack implementation.
Resulting in a massive rename across almost everywhere! Alongside the
namespace change, we now have the following names:
* JS::NonnullGCPtr -> GC::Ref
* JS::GCPtr -> GC::Ptr
* JS::HeapFunction -> GC::Function
* JS::CellImpl -> GC::Cell
* JS::Handle -> GC::Root
