7a2da4cabf Browser+WebContent+LibJS: Support %c specifiers in Console.log()
...and the other Console methods.

This lets you apply styling to a log message or any other text that
passes through the Console `Formatter` operation.

We store the CSS on the ConsoleClient instead of passing it along with
the rest of the message, since I couldn't figure out a nice way of
doing that, as Formatter has to return JS::Values. This way isn't nice,
and has a risk of forgetting to clear the style and having it apply to
subsequent messages, but it works.

This is only supported in the Browser for now. REPL support would
require parsing the CSS and figuring out the relevant ANSI codes. We
also don't filter this styling at all, so you can `position: absolute`
and `transform: translate(...)` all you want, which is less than
ideal.

3f3f45580a Everywhere: Add sv suffix to strings relying on StringView(char const*)
Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const*
constructor overload, which would call __builtin_strlen on the string.
Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler
versions. This opens the door to being able to remove
StringView(char const*).

No functional changes.

dcbbbf5b4a LibWebView: Move OutOfProcessWebView to a new LibWebView library
Also moves WebContentClient and the references to the generated IPC
descriptions, since they are all components of OutOfProcessWebView.

3919a1dcc0 Browser: Load icons at start of program
Previously, Browser loaded icons from the disk every time an icon
was set. In addition to making more calls to the disk and decoding
more images, this makes error propagation impossible. This change
moves all icon loading to the start of the program.

d702678d16 LibJS+WebContent+Browser+js: Implement console.group() methods
This implements:
- console.group()
- console.groupCollapsed()
- console.groupEnd()

In the Browser, we use `<details>` for the groups, which is not actually
implemented yet, so groups are always open.

In the REPL, groups are non-interactive, but still indent any output.
This looks weird since the console prompt and return values remain on
the far left, but this matches what Node does so it's probably fine. :^)
I expect `console.group()` is not used much outside of browsers.

little snippets of JavaScript to the host process. :^)

da177c6517 LibJS: Make Errors fully spec compliant
The previous handling of the name and message properties specifically
was breaking websites that created their own error types and relied on
the error prototype working correctly - not assuming an JS::Error this
object, that is.

The way it works now, and it is supposed to work, is:

- Error.prototype.name and Error.prototype.message just have initial
  string values and are no longer getters/setters
- When constructing an error with a message, we create a regular
  property on the newly created object, so a lookup of the message
  property will either get it from the object directly or go though the
  prototype chain
- Internal m_name/m_message properties are no longer needed and removed

This makes printing errors slightly more complicated, as we can no
longer rely on the (safe) internal properties, and cannot trust a
property lookup either - get_without_side_effects() is used to solve
this, it's not perfect but something we can revisit later.

I did some refactoring along the way, there was some really old stuff in
there - accessing vm.call_frame().arguments[0] is not something we (have
to) do anymore :^)

Fixes #6245.

ddbf20ecf6 LibSyntax+LibGUI+LibJS: Move JS syntax highlighter to LibJS
This is a little bit messy but the basic idea is:

Syntax::Highlighter now has a Syntax::HighlighterClient to talk to the
outside world. It mostly communicates in LibGUI primitives that are
available in headers, so inlineable.

GUI::TextEditor inherits from Syntax::HighlighterClient.

This let us to move GUI::JSSyntaxHighlighter to JS::SyntaxHighlighter
and remove LibGUI's dependency on LibJS.
