a60ecea16a LibWasm+LibWeb+test-wasm: Refcount Wasm::Module for function references
Prior to funcref, a partial chunk of an invalid module was never needed,
but funcref allows a partially instantiated module to modify imported
tables with references to its own functions, which means we need to keep
the second module alive while that function reference is present within
the imported table.
This was tested by the spectests, but very rarely caught as our GC does
not behave particularly predictably, making it so the offending module
remains in memory just long enough to let the tests pass.

This commit makes it so all function references keep their respective
modules alive.

This brings back the old behaviour of Value::to<short>() (and other
similar calls), which WASI depends on.
To make sure all similar issues are caught in the future, this commit
also introduces an static assertion in Value::to().

d906255cbb LibWasm: Improve table support
Implements `table.get`, `table.set`, `elem.drop`, `table.size`,
and `table.grow`. Also fixes a few issues when generating ref-related
spectests. Also changes the `TableInstance` type to use
`Vector<Reference>` instead of `Vector<Optional<Reference>>`, because
the ability to be null is already encoded in the `Reference` type.

7abedd2fed LibWasm: Fix reference-to-stack-local from {Memory,Table}Instance
Allocating a MemoryInstance or TableInstance from Store would result in
a reference to a stack allocated {Memory,Table}Type that would
immediately fall out of scope.

The MemoryInstance case was causing ASAN issues for a LibWeb based test
- I don't have a reproducer for TableInstance, but it looks like it
suffers from the exact same problem.

5e1499d104 Everywhere: Rename {Deprecated => Byte}String
This commit un-deprecates DeprecatedString, and repurposes it as a byte

As the null state has already been removed, there are no other
particularly hairy blockers in repurposing this type as a byte string

This commit is auto-generated:

6b50f23242 LibWasm+LibWeb: Sneak a JS::Completion into Wasm::Result
Imported functions in Wasm may throw JS exceptions, and we need to
preserve these exceptions so we can pass them to the calling JS code.

This also adds a `assert_wasm_result()` API to Result for cases where
only Wasm traps or values are expected (e.g. internal uses) to avoid
making LibWasm (pointlessly) handle JS exceptions that will never show
up in reality.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

This means that rather than this:

We now have this:
```
AK_TYPEDEF_DISTINCT_NUMERIC_GENERAL(u64, FunctionAddress, Arithmetic,
    Comparison, Increment);
```

Which is a lot more readable. :^)

LibWasm: Some more performance stuff (#8812)
* wasm: Don't try to print the function results if it traps

* LibWasm: Inline some very hot functions

These are mostly pretty small functions too, and they were about ~10%
of runtime.

* LibWasm+Everywhere: Make the instruction count limit configurable

...and enable it for LibWeb and test-wasm.
Note that `wasm` will not be limited by this.

* LibWasm: Remove a useless use of ScopeGuard

There are no multiple exit paths in that function, so we can just put
the ending logic right at the end of the function instead.

5f18cf75c5 AK: Replace ByteBuffer::grow with resize()/ensure_capacity()
Previously ByteBuffer::grow() behaved like Vector<T>::resize().
However the function name was somewhat ambiguous - and so this patch
updates ByteBuffer to behave more like Vector<T> by replacing grow()
with resize() and adding an ensure_capacity() method.

This also lets the user change the buffer's capacity without affecting
the size which was not previously possible.

Additionally this patch makes the capacity() method public (again).
