Now that StyleProperties is only used to hold computed properties, let's
name it ComputedProperties.

LibGC+Everywhere: Factor out a LibGC from LibJS

Resulting in a massive rename across almost everywhere! Alongside the
namespace change, we now have the following names:
* JS::NonnullGCPtr -> GC::Ref
* JS::GCPtr -> GC::Ptr
* JS::HeapFunction -> GC::Function
* JS::CellImpl -> GC::Cell
* JS::Handle -> GC::Root

LibWeb: Consolidate the attribute change handlers

We currently have 2 virtual methods to inform DOM::Element subclasses
when an attribute has changed, one of which is spec-compliant. This
patch removes the non-compliant variant.

as none
for unusual elements

https://drafts.csswg.org/css-display-3/#unbox-html specifies certain
elements that have their `display` style computed as `none` when
specified as `contents`.
This fixes at least one WPT test:
