LibGUI: Include LibGfx/Bitmap.h in Icon.h
...
It doesn't compile with just the forwarding headers when nothing else
(e.g. Button.h) pulls in Bitmap.h.

This gives you a Vector<int> with all the sizes contained in the Icon.

Meta+LibC through LibHTTP: Make clang-format-10 clean

Why break at LibHTTP? Because "Meta+Libraries" would be insanely large,
and breaking between LibHTTP and LibJS makes the commits roughly evenly large.

We also clean up some old references to the old G prefixed GUI classes
This also fixes a potential bug with using: C_OBJECT_ABSTRACT(GAbstractButton)
instead of C_OBJECT_ABSTRACT(AbstractButton)

This patch adds <LibGUI/Forward.h> and uses it a bunch.
It also dragged various header dependency reduction changes into it.
