Tests: Import a whole bunch of WPT mediaqueries tests
...
A lot of these are ref-tests, so I'm skipping the failing ones for now,
and will make as many pass as possible in subsequent commits.

LibWeb/CSS: Pass Length::ResolutionContext to resolve_integer
...
The length resolution context might be needed even when resolving an
integer value, since it might contain a sign() function with length
values inside. This fixes a WPT subtest.

It was initially thought that the spec disallows them, but this turned
out to be incorrect. This fixes several WPT tests.
