In the future all (normal) output should be written by any of the
following functions:
out (currently called new_out)
outln
dbg (currently called new_dbg)
dbgln
warn (currently called new_warn)
warnln
However, there are still a ton of uses of the old out/warn/dbg in the
code base so the new functions are called new_out/new_warn/new_dbg. I am
going to rename them as soon as all the other usages are gone (this
might take a while.)
I also added raw_out/raw_dbg/raw_warn which don't do any escaping,
this should be useful if no formatting is required and if the input
contains tons of curly braces. (I am not entirely sure if this function
will stay, but I am adding it for now.)
Use Core::guess_mime_type_based_on_filename() for this. It's obviously
not perfect, but it works better than just sending "text/html" for
everything no matter what. :^)
This commit makes the WebServer accept a base path to serve.
This makes taking files out of the system significantly more simple
(depending on whom you ask).
We were getting a little overly memey in some places, so let's scale
things back to business-casual.
Informal language is fine in comments, commits and debug logs,
but let's keep the runtime nice and presentable. :^)
And move canonicalized_path() to a static method on LexicalPath.
This is to make it clear that FileSystemPath/canonicalized_path() only
perform *lexical* canonicalization.
It didn't feel right to have a "DHCPClient" in a "Servers" directory.
Rename this to Services to better reflect the type of programs we'll
be putting in there.
