Daniel Bertalan	a2167f126d	Everywhere: Fix trivial `-Wunnecessary-virtual-specifier` instances - `Threading::Thread` is not polymorphic, there is no need for a virtual destructor. - `HTMLAnchorElement::has_download_preference` isn't overridden by anything.
