Andreas Kling 58ab76269c LibJS: Add all the Error subclasses
This patch adds instance, constructor and prototype classes for:

    - EvalError
    - InternalError
    - RangeError
    - ReferenceError
    - SyntaxError
    - TypeError
    - URIError

Enumerator macros are used to reduce the amount of typing. :^)
