093aae0663 .travis-deps.sh: don't install pkgbuild on OS X
pkgbuild is now provided by Travis itself, so homebrew throws
an error upon trying to install it.

1c9a181c44 .travis-deps.sh: update curl invocation to follow 302 redirects
CMake recently 302'd the download URL we're using.
To prevent any issues, just follow the redirect with cURL.

9722d39bc5 gl_shader_util: Fix precision bug with alpha testing.
- Alpha testing is not done with float32 precision, this makes the HW renderer match the SW renderer.
