When walking the modal window stack upwards, we need to check if
the top modal window is still a descendant of the window that
the parent is blocked by. Fixes not all windows being brought to
the front when trying to active a parent in the middle of the
modal window stack.
When catching a use-after-free, we now also print out the backtraces
for where the memory was allocated, and for where it was freed.
This will be extremely helpful for debugging.
Upon exit, the emulator will now print a leak report of any malloc
allocations that are still live and don't have pointers to their base
address anywhere in either another live mallocation, or in one of the
non-malloc-block memory regions.
Note that the malloc-block memory region check is not fully functional
and this will work even better once we get that fixed.
This is pretty cool. :^)
It's useful with the newly added for loops in Shell.
SerenityOS's printf() doesn't seem to print decimals for
doubles correctly, so this doesn't print the right output for
fractional numbers yet.
Since the vast majority of message boxes should be modal, require
the parent window to be passed in, which can be nullptr for the
rare case that they don't. By it being the first argument, the
default arguments also don't need to be explicitly stated in most
cases, and it encourages passing in a parent window handle.
Fix up several message boxes that should have been modal.
* The parent information is necessary by the Taskbar to be able to
determine a modal window's parent
* Minimize and maximize modal window stacks together

This commit adds a 'for' loop, and tweaks the syntax slightly to make &&
bind more tightly than || (allowing for `expr && if_ok || if_bad`) :^)
This fixes a few problems with modal windows:
* If any child window, or any child window further down the
tree is considered modal, then all windows in that chain
are modal.
* When trying to activate a window blocked by a modal child
bring the entire stack of modal windows to the front and
activate the modal window.
* A window is modal if it has a parent and it's flagged as
modal, regardless of whether the ClientConnection has
created modal windows.
This technically supports diverging modal window trees as well,
where two modal windows share the same parent, allowing both to
be activated (including for input) but not the parent. And it
should also support modal window stacks of arbitrary depth.
This patch introduces a "MallocTracer" to the UserspaceEmulator.
If this object is present on the Emulator, it can be notified whenever
the emulated program does a malloc() or free().
The notifications come in via a magic instruction sequence that we
embed in the LibC malloc() and free() functions. The sequence is:
"salc x2, push reg32 x2, pop reg32 x3"
The data about the malloc/free operation is in the three pushes.
We make sure the sequence is harmless when running natively.
Memory accesses on MmapRegion are then audited to see if they fall
inside a known-to-be-freed malloc chunk. If so, we complain loud
and red in the debugger output. :^)
This is very, very cool! :^)
It's also a whole lot slower than before, since now we're auditing
memory accesses against a new set of metadata. This will need to be
optimized (and running in this mode should be opt-in, perhaps even
a separate program, etc.)
This solves a problem where windows don't receive a WindowInputLeft
event when popup menus are opened. This prevented ComboBox being
closed when right clicking the application on the task bar.
Here goes mkdir(), unlink(), socket(), getsockopt(), fchmod()
bind(), connect(), listen(), select() and recvfrom().
They're not perfect but they seem to work. :^)
Ctrl-L focuses the location bar in all file managers I know of,
and does so in SerenityOS's browser too. It should work in
SerenityOS's file manager as well.
Unfortunately, Ctrl-L was already "View List", so change the
shortcuts of all the view modes to Ctrl-1/2/3 which is what
several other file managers use. (I tried Ctrl-Shift-1/2/3
which is what Windows Explorer uses after 8.1, but it didn't
Just Work, and Ctrl-1/2/3 are currently free anyways. If
we ever want to use them for tabs or whatever, we can
change the view shortcuts then.)
