Shannon Booth e124ef52ee LibJS+LibWeb: Set [[CanBlock]] false to Agent for window agent ... similar-origin window agents have the [[CanBlock]] flag set to false. Achieve this by hooking up JS's concept with an agent to HTML::Agent.
